Returns INFO

 

Customer who wants to return or refund the products, customer is necessary to contact www.labeaute.com.hk by an email. After the confirmation of www.labeaute.com.hk, then customer can return the products. (Please return or refund within 2 days after recognition.)


If more than 2 days or customer dose not contacts with www.labeaute.com.hk before the customer returns the products, www.labeaute.com.hk will not accept the customer return or return.
The cost burden of return or refund is borne by customers.

 

Returns

Company reasons:


Delivery of products and merchandise ordering different (mistakenly delivery).
The cost burden of return or refund is borne by www.labeaute.com.hk.
Please be sure all the mistakenly delivery products return to www.labeaute.com.hk. If one product is missing, www.labeaute.com.hk will not transact the procedures of return.

In the following cases, the return and refund will not be accepted.

  1. After the arrival of products, customer does not contact with www.labeaute.com.hk by email within two days
  2. Products have been opened.
  3. Discounted Products.

Customer wants to exchange products, please contact www.labeaute.com.hk first. If the result of the exchange of products in short supply, and to stop trafficking, and so can not be sent, the purchase price of products will be refunded to customer.


Methods for the return: Customer sends return and Refund Contact Invoice and the return products to a return address.
After the return products arrive in www.labeaute.com.hk and have confirmed by www.labeaute.com.hk, we will send exchange products. If customer sends the return products without return and Refund Contact Invoice, the handling procedures may be delayed.
