Water-Free Formula

Water is the main ingredient in many cosmetics; it is of no benefit to the skin and acts as a solvent. Therefore, we decided to formulate the Bless de Francecosmetics with Organic Flower Water.  Flower wateris the by-product of the distillation of raw material plants for their essential oil. These purified flower water have similar properties as essential oils in lower concentration. In Bless de Francecosmetics,Organic Flower Water replaces aqua components of Water-Freeformulation. This enables our products with greater effectiveness on our skin.
